Flowers Bloom In Old Barn

Since 1983, Bittersweet Flower Market has decorated homes and gardens in the LaCrosse area with quality flowers, plants and gifts. Owners Jeff Kleven and Don Ritter promote the European concept of enjoying flowers every day.

Shipments arrive daily from local growers in Wisconsin and Minnesota, as well as from the large flower markets of California, Holland and South America. You are encouraged to stop in to pick up a single stem or a bountiful bouquet.

The historical 150-year-old dairy barn was restored and renovated to create a natural environment to showcase beautiful home accents for your indoor and outdoor environments. A 3,000 square foot greenhouse provides fresh plants, including hundreds of annuals and perennials in the spring, year-round house plants and gorgeous holiday poinsettias.

Our displays and floral designs celebrate the excitement of each season. The shop and greenhouse provide inspiration for gifts and home decorating. Our creative design team can provide custom designing for your decor.
